Lake Hills fourth graders enjoyed a beautiful autumn day at
Camp Pendalouan in October. We participated in the outdoor education
program which included Animal Ecology, Pioneer Life, Life in
the Woods, and Group Challenges.
The Group Challenges included group initiatives and challenge
activities for each team of students. We focused on animal adaptations
in the Animal Ecology class. The Life in the Woods activity was
an active, role-playing food chain game among foxes, rabbits,
and carrots. We learned how to make candles and a rope belt during
the Pioneer Life Fair. |
